You can go to Settings > Help Centre > Make a support request to log bugs, request features, or share feedback. Our tech support team will get back to you.
No, you cannot directly update your onboarding answers once submitted.
Expert-Led plans: You can communicate any changes in your goals or preferences directly to your assigned expert, who will review and update your plan accordingly.
Basic plans: You’ll need to raise a request through the Help Centre, and our team will assist you in updating your plan.
You can view your activity and progress history directly from the Home screen. To make sure your progress is tracked accurately, mark tasks as ‘Completed’ in your daily plan, allow connection with relevant apps or fitness devices (if applicable), and upload photos for visual skin and hair tracking if you’ve enabled this in your settings.
Once your onboarding is complete, your personalized plan is reviewed by an expert and typically delivered within 24–48 hours. If it's delayed beyond this, please reach out through the Help Centre section in the app.
Check if notifications are enabled for the Wellique app in your phone’s settings. You can also customize reminders and notifications from Settings > Notifications inside the app.
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and privacy protocols to protect your data.
Navigate to Settings > Edit User Information to update your age, weight, height, or other details.
We are actively working on integrations with fitness trackers and health platforms. Stay tuned for updates in upcoming versions of the app.

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can raise a request through the Help Centre in the app or email us at "support@wellique.co.in". Once submitted, our team will process your request, and your account along with its data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data privacy policy.
What gets deleted:
• Account & profile: name, email/phone, age, gender, location, preferences
• Onboarding & health profile: goals, answers, and any self-reported details
• Plans & recommendations: fitness, nutrition, skin/hair routines and product suggestions
• Progress data: workout logs, meal/hydration ticks, measurements, notes, and uploaded photos
• Expert interactions: in-app chat history and consultation notes visible in your app
• Integrations: tokens/links to connected services (e.g., Google Fit) are revoked
• Device/app settings: reminders, notifications, and saved app preferences
What we may retain (minimally)
We may keep limited information required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security purposes (e.g., payment records/invoices) and anonymized/aggregated analytics that cannot identify you. Some data may persist briefly in encrypted backups until those backups rotate.
Deletion will be permanent and cannot be undone.
