Sharing personal information
Wellique may disclose your personal information to a third party for a business purpose. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.
To enhance our service, we utilize third-party service providers, including OpenAI, L.L.C., to assist in generating initial drafts of personalized nutrition and fitness plans. When you request a plan, certain non-personally identifiable information you provide, such as your dietary preferences and fitness goals, is shared with OpenAI to create a baseline recommendation. This AI-generated draft is then always reviewed, edited, and finalized by our human wellness experts before being delivered to you.
We share your personal information with the following categories of third parties: (a) Service Providers and (b) Data aggregators
Access to specific information and data portability rights
You have the right to request that Wellique disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past twelve (12) months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights), we will disclose to you:

Please note that you can initiate a writing request not to receive marketing mailings that result from Wellique data. It’s important to understand that when you opt out with Wellique, we don’t delete your information. We mark it on our databases as “Do Not Share.” We do this because if your information is deleted, in the future, we would have no way to know that you requested that your information not be shared. When you’re marked as “Do Not Share,” we’ll know that you didn’t want your information shared in case your information is later resubmitted. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.

All consultants engaged by EnrichMe, including but not limited to skincare specialists, wellness coaches, and nutrition professionals, are subject to mandatory onboarding and training procedures. These procedures include adherence to privacy and data protection protocols, standards for respectful and non-discriminatory communication, and obligations relating to the ethical collection, use, and handling of user information in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights. Unless permitted by the applicable law, we will not:
